It is the end of the term. Many of you are doing tutorials that take 15 min to complete you will be down graded for that. By now you should be doing advanced tutorials, if you are only adding makeup I am going to take other tutorials away that is not acceptable.

Conceptual

Artists throughout history have been able to use their “voice” to state things that are important to them. The visual statement many times says things more completely than that of the written word. We are living in a time when it is more important than ever to build strong human relationships. It can start with you. A current challenge in our society is lack of respect for others- their differences, their uniqueness and their happiness. Many young people are being inconsiderate of others because they don’t fit their peer group expectations. Perhaps it is a race, color, physical appearance, personality, social level at school, and other things. Bullying in schools and outside of school has caused many young people horrific consequences. By making others aware of this problem, YOU can make a difference.

Create a work of art stating how you build relationships with everyone in your school and why this is important to you. Do you treat your classmates and others as you wish to be treated? Can you show this in a work of art? Perhaps this concept is something that has happened to you, or perhaps its something that you just observed.

Write a one page critical analysis paper. Single spaced. 12pt font.

Hello all. Work hard. 5th Hour skinny make sure you go to class to be marked present, then you can go to the grilling to give. Attendance will be taken. 6th hour be to class on time!!!! D block make sure to help each other export correctly, and burn copies of your projects for all group members. It only needs to be exported once.

Many of you have been caught plagiarizing off the web. You cannot use web objects you  know this. It is an automatic F for the term. This week alone I have caught 3 of you. It is the same as an English paper. Do not cheat all photos need to be taken and no excuses you already know this.

D Block Update: 5-21-12

Hello D Block:

The videos are due burnt in my hand before you leave class on Wed, 23rd. It takes about 7 min to export properly and at least 5 min to burn to a disc. Plan accordingly. No exceptions. The year is almost over.

Hello Class~ many of you appear to be working hard. If “everyone” does then we can make the research project due next Wednesday, but as of right now some people in the room are not so they are currently due this Friday.

Also check your grades they should be current. Some of you didn’t number tutorials so let me know thanks.

You know what to work on. We a re getting close to the end. You have the research project, you have the color change food, you have several tutorials due as well. Hello ~

The grade book will be closed june 5th so there will be no lab time after that day. June 5th is the last day in 212.

You need to have a total of 10 tutorials done before then.

D Block Update: 5-8-12

Hello Students~

The myths are looking good. I am giving you the homework early. Here it is, you all saw the videos that the last term made. You are to get into groups and make them. You need @ 3500-4000 pictures you are using time lapse photo. They are due next Friday. Your tutorial for this week is still due and so is next weeks. You will use iMovie to edit the pictures. I recommend 4 in a group. Good Luck
